Commission processing for sales agents depended on complex tiered rules managed via spreadsheets—error-prone and unscalable. Affiliate bonus and clawback management lacked automation and auditability, while compliance documentation required manual effort with no systematic audit trail, increasing operational cost and risk.

  1. Extended Salesforce Data Model – Custom objects for commission periods, commission agents, affiliate payouts, distribution reports, enrollment plans, enrolled debts, and scheduled payments established a unified system of record for the full operations and compensation lifecycle. 
  1. Automated Commission Engine – Metadata-driven tier thresholds and rates enable fully configurable commission calculations for sales agents across cleared, pending, and clawback amounts. Period-based batch processing replaced manual spreadsheet workflows, shortening month-end close cycles and improving accuracy for agents and finance teams.

  1. Scalable Letter Generation & Integration – Invocable and batch flows power on-demand and bulk client letter generation via an external letter API, with retry logic and a shared integration error log ensuring reliability, simplified troubleshooting, and compliance documentation at scale.

REST APIs & External Data Intake – Secure inbound REST endpoints handle lead capture from external surveys and forms, and account creation with file attachment—enabling partner systems to push data and documents into Salesforce with consistent field mapping, validation, and error handling, reducing manual data entry and latency.

Lightning Web Components & Guided UX – Custom LWCs for applicant and enrollment wizards, letter generation, case record type selection, co-applicant management, and partner-facing integration status reduced clicks, shortened onboarding time, and improved data quality through built-in validation—making complex workflows accessible for both internal staff and partners.

Secure Snowflake Connectivity – JWT-based server-to-server authentication to Snowflake, with the private key stored in protected custom metadata, enables secure analytics integration without long-lived credentials in the org—laying the foundation for future reporting and data platform enhancements.
