Ideation – All products start as an idea. Our solution architects and technical architects set-up strategy session(s) with you and your team of experts to convert your idea into a solution.
We start by asking you three questions- What is the need that the product is trying to fulfill?
Who will be the consumer? Who is the competition?
We leverage the insights, experiences, and ideas of your product owner, business experts, and our architects to define the solution and the technology stack. For us, the logic behind it is simple; collectively a team has more knowledge, experience, and insight than an individual.
Solution – The next step is to detail out the solution defined during ideation. This is done through user experience design and technical solution design.
- User experience design- We understand that no product is an island. It is a cohesive, integrated set of experiences. We work with your business experts to create user stories and wireframes. Our UX experts and our UI designers make the user stories tangible and ensure that nothing is missed out. For products that have a mobile interface, our mobile UX designers focus on defining a UI that is efficient, eye-catching AND productive.
- Technical solution design- Our architects work in parallel with the UX design team to define, design and set-up the base technical architecture that can be used by the full-stack developers to convert the design into reality.
Minimum Viable Product (MVP)- An idea is as good as the market. Our experience shows that getting the product quickly to market with the minimum set of features that make it viable allows for a real-world test that can save a lot of money and time. With most of our customers, we work to get the MVP to market as quickly as possible. This allows you to:

Product Engineering – Product Engineering must be, by its very nature, more rigorous than traditional software development.
