Nuage has been available and responsive when we need them. Their communication is not limited to just emails, but they are part of a private Slack channel and provide phone calls at our convenience.
They have also regularly provided deep technical support for our AWS environments including security updates, networking changes, and scaling functions. They have even taken the time to learn our business and have been able to predict our needs and make recommendations prior to any issues occurring.
