Business Requirements

An Admission consulting firm, aimed to create a Video based eLearning platform that focuses on non-traditional career paths such as beauty, fashion, and sports, as well as emerging careers like blogging and standup comedy. 

The platform was intended to provide users with educational courses, competitions with career-related prizes, and expert assessments of business plans or ideas.

Nuage Solutions

We developed an eLearning platform for our client using Open edX and WordPress. The Video and text based courses along with the quizzes were designed on Open edX. WordPress allowed for flexible customization and easy content management, enhancing the user experience and providing seamless integration with the Open edX platform. 

We also developed native iOS and Android apps for the platform. The apps allow users to access the platform on their mobile devices allowing learners to access courses, participate in competitions, and receive notifications. Some sections of the apps were implemented using web views to leverage existing web content. SkillWithUs was hosted on the AWS cloud infrastructure. AWS provided scalability, reliability, and security for the platform, ensuring high availability and efficient management of resources.

We integrated the platform with RazorPay, a payment gateway that allows users to pay for courses and assessments. We also integrated the platform with Google Analytics, which allows us to track usage data and gain insights into user behavior, course popularity, and platform performance.
