Nuage developed a mobile app-based employee tracker to meet the client’s requirements. This solution allowed the client to implement geofenced attendance by defining a specific radius within which employee check-ins and check-outs are allowed. Instant notifications are generated if an employee is outside the predefined geofenced area. The App also tracks the employee allowing for accurate insights into the employee’s location within the designated premises.
In addition to geofencing, the mobile app incorporated facial recognition technology, revolutionizing attendance management. Prior to allowing attendance check-in, the app uses image recognition and liveness check to ensure that the right person is checking in. This feature ensures accurate attendance records, reducing errors and streamlining the tracking process.
To simplify leave management, Nuage implemented an automated system within the app. Employees can effortlessly submit leave requests, and managers can efficiently review, reject, or approve them. This is designed to optimize resource allocation and minimize administrative overhead, resulting in enhanced productivity.
