If there is something that cannot be achieved using point and click configuration then we move on to customization i.e. developing applications as per your business objectives.

Integration: Now there can be many scenarios where you still want to use your native systems, or to get data from some third party applications or APIs. There can also be scenarios where you choose to use Salesforce to achieve only particular business objective. Salesforce is capable of getting and sending data to wide spectrum of technologies like ERP, E-commerce platforms, document management systems and what not.

Data loads: We seamlessly get your data from your previous systems into Salesforce ensuring data integrity and quality without loss of single bit. Launch: Once the configuration and customization is complete in Dev environment and QA engineers have tested it in their Sandbox. We migrate everything to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment where representatives from your company can test the solution thoroughly and make sure that it is working as required. Once the customer accepts the project, we make it Live on production environment where it can be used by your employees.

After-launch support: Once the project is live we also provide on-demand after launch support at the beginning or the usage. Where fine tuning can be done specific to user needs and also user training can be provided wherever required.
